"Cheesy" Mashed Potatoes | Vegan

YIELD: 6-8 servings
6 medium / large yellow Potatoes.
2 cups vegan shredded cheddar cheese.
1 cup vegan shredded mozzerella cheese.
1 cup of vegan sour cream.
1/4 cup of vegan butter.
1 tsp black pepper.
1 tsp salt.
1 tsp adobo.
1/4 tsp garlic powder.
rinse potatoes well. pick off any spuds, if necessary.
boil potatoes in a large pot until tender (use a fork to check tenderness).
strain water from potatoes. transfer boiled potatoes into a separate (large) dish.
