This smoothie contains an array of berries: blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and cranberries. A fruitful combination that is so delicious, nutritious and antioxidant rich. Just one glass of Berry Bliss offers the body a generous amount of vitamin C, iodine, folate, potassium and fiber. I am sure you will find its sweet and tart flavor quite refreshing and enjoyable. Let's get started!

  • Yield: 1 large serving or 2 small servings (if you're willing to share!).

 

ingredients:

  • 1 cup of frozen mixed berries

  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk (or spring water)

  • 1/2 cup of organic cranberry juice

  • 1/4 cup of almonds

  • 1 tsp of chia seeds

  • 4 ice cubes

  • add desired amount of agave nectar for additional sweetness (optional)

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • ADD ALL OF the LISTED INGREDIENTS INTO NUTRIBULLET (OR TRADITIONAL BLENDER) AND BLEND UNTIL LIQUIFIED, scraping down sides as needed. Add liquid if needed for blending and adjust flavor to taste if desired.

  • This smoothie is best when served fresh!
