Mediterranean Orzo | Vegan
a flavorful vegan pasta salad
There's no better way to enter March than with this refreshing pasta salad! It's savory and light, which makes for a great Spring dish.
Total Time: 25 minutes
Yield: 5 servings.
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Capers (or more depending on your desire)
1 medium diced tomato
1/4 cup Sliced black olives
salt for taste
1 tsp Vinegar (white)
sprinkle of Dill
1/2 cup crumbled Vegan feta cheese
boil orzo pasta until soft.
transfer into bowl with the listed ingredients.
add salt and other seasonings for desired taste.
cool in fridge.
