Yield: 10 servings.
1 1/2 - 2 pouches of Vegan chicken alternative (I recommend using quorn vegan chicken tenders)
2 cups of Vegan cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of vegan mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 cup of Vegan sour cream
1 cup of Vegan ranch
1 cup of Buffalo sauce
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
lightly sauté vegan chicken in a pan (grease pan with an oil (grapeseed oil works well)).
finely chop the cooked vegan chicken.
transfer into mixing bowl.
soften vegan sour cream by use of microwave and transfer into mixing bowl.
add vegan cheddar cheese, vegan ranch and buffalo sauce into the mixing bowl.
mix the ingredients well.
bake for 45 minutes or until the surface is lightly browned.
